Once your booking is confirmed, your chosen MMG Accredited Hospital appoints a dedicated English-speaking patient coordinator who becomes your single point of contact throughout your treatment. Rather than speaking to different departments every time you call, you have one person who understands your case and helps coordinate your care.

Once completed, your medical records receive priority review by your chosen hospital, helping to accelerate the pathway to treatment.
Perhaps the most important difference is certainty. Unlike many healthcare providers, MMG Accredited Hospitals are contractually committed to offer you three treatment date options within six weeks of receiving clinical clearance. That means you are not simply joining another waiting list. Instead, you receive a clear commitment that allows you to plan your treatment, your travel and your recovery with confidence.
Transparency is another area where MMG differs. Every Treatment Package includes the consultant-led treatment itself, all hospital charges and any overnight stay that is clinically required.
